As part of our expansion, we’re seeking dedicated, creative, and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Role

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in growing the Smart Mortgage brand and driving new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities:

·Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets

·Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies

·Oversee lead generation, conversion strategies, and client acquisition programs

·Set team goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks

·Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand positioning

·Drive business development initiatives and partnership opportunities

·Oversee CRM systems and sales pipelines

·Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance

·Identify market trends and new opportunities for growth

·Collaborate with senior management on overall business strategy

Key attributes:

·A minimum of five (5) years’ of proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, leading sales and/or marketing teams

·Strong leadership and people management skills

·Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·Mandarin language skills are advantageous. Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is highly regarded.

·Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools

·Results-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
