Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. Someone who can balance strategy with delivery, data with intuition, and ambition with pragmatism.

This is not a role focused on output alone. It’s about shaping direction, owning outcomes, and building products that scale securely across international markets.

This company’s product and engineering teams are growing deliberately, driven by strong customer demand and continued global expansion. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, engineers, and data teams to deliver meaningful product improvements and greenfield initiatives.

Here, you’re not writing requirements in isolation. You’re embedded in the business, influencing priorities, navigating trade-offs, and helping define what great looks like for a regulated crypto platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers.

What you’ll do

• Own and deliver quarterly product roadmaps, sequencing initiatives and planning sprints in partnership with engineering and QA
• Propose product initiatives and improvements, supported by clear business cases grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights
• Work closely with stakeholders to produce clear and actionable PRDs, including user journeys, prioritised user stories, metrics, process and fund flows, and API considerations
• Lead go-to-market orchestration for your product areas, working cross-functionally with compliance, sales, support, marketing, and external partners
• Partner with data teams to understand performance, validate hypotheses, and guide product decisions
• Stay across crypto, payments, and regulatory trends to identify opportunities and risks across your product portfolio

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with fintech experience essential and crypto exposure highly regarded
• A T-shaped Product Manager with strong capability in translating technical and business requirements
• Comfortable taking opinionated stances on product strategy while remaining open to data-driven challenge
• A strong balance of craft and pragmatism, able to deliver quality outcomes within real-world constraints
• High curiosity, with a test-and-learn mindset informed by both qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Exposure to AI tooling within product management is a bonus
