About the opportunity:
Purpose
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Office team’s strategic objectives
through brand positioning, marketing / leasing campaigns for both stabilised and development assets, supporting
new project origination and bids, investor and customer communications, events, digital and internal engagement.
What you'll be doing
▪ Support the National Lead – Office Marketing and Customer Experience with the brand strategy for the overall office platform as it relates to the strategic objectives of the sector.
▪ Develop and implement a marketing plan for a portfolio of allocated office assets as it relates to the strategic asset plan, this includes the delivery of a place value proposition. This plan is focused on the retention and/or acquisition of tenant customers and should be done in collaboration with the PM / AM / DM
teams and appointed agents to ensure our marketing plans support the strategic leasing objectives for the assets.
▪ Supporting the objectives of Strategic Asset Plans through the delivery of marketing collateral including information memorandums, brochures, presentations, CGIs, flythrough videos, photography, hoarding, websites, display suites and signage.
▪ Developing, monitoring and reporting on the financial elements of the marketing plans including recoverable and non-recoverable items and capital expenditure.
▪ Briefing and managing internal and external agency teams, consultants and preferred service providers and coordinating feedback with key stakeholders.
▪ Supporting the development of materials to showcase the capability and achievements of the Office team including case studies, award entries and capability presentations.
▪ Working with the PM/ AM / DM teams to drive occupancy through the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers in the Office portfolio.
▪ Working with the PM / AM / DM teams to respond to RFIs and RFPs and with the preparation of BIDs, supporting with customer presentations and major project presentation work.
▪ Participating in regular forums of collaboration to identify best practice opportunities and driving operational efficiency within the Marketing & Customer Experience team.
▪ Monitoring public relations across the Office portfolio.
▪ Coordination of social and external media for the assets.
▪ Coordinating and updating content for the Charter Hall and asset websites.
▪ Assisting with asset led communications as required for tenant customers.
▪ Providing regular reporting for key stakeholders as required.
▪ Working with the Investor Relations team to provide marketing support as it relates to the Office portfolio.
▪ Engaging with the broader Marketing & Placemaking and Property Management team to ensure consistency and efficiencies in our service delivery.
▪ Ensuring Group brand guidelines and messaging are applied consistently to all external facing marketing collateral and to a high quality.
▪ Branding for Charter Hall Office, assets and associated services eg ReCharge, ExChange.
▪ Promoting Office sector brand positioning and messaging through marketing initiatives and opportunities.
▪ Proactively seeking out ways to raise the Charter Hall brand within the Office sector
▪ Development of case studies for Office.
