Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 a year

The Role:
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering marketing, promotional, advertising, and community engagement activities that support The Buffs Club's events.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and operational departments, this role assists in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities that enhance member engagement, increase patronage, and strengthen the Club's brand presence within the local community.
Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Qualification in the relevant field (preferred)
- Proven and recent Management experience working in a hospitality/ customer service environment (at least 1 year)
- Exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills;
- Understanding of budgets and forecasting.
- Basic Microsoft office skills;
- procedures; High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to retain information; Friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research emerging marketing trends, promotional concepts, and industry best practices.
- Assist with monitoring marketing and advertising expenditure and maintain related records.
- Prepare monthly reports relating to advertising, promotions, and member activities.
- Support and promote the Club's Membership Loyalty Program.
- Develop recommendations and campaign concepts for marketing and promotional activities.
- Design and produce marketing materials including posters, flyers, digital advertisements, social media content, website graphics, menus, signage, stationery, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate advertising content for digital, print, radio, and television campaigns.
- Organise and maintain promotional displays throughout the Club.
- Ensure promotional materials are produced and distributed to relevant departments.
- Maintain and update the Club's internal digital advertising and multi-screen display systems.
- Monitor and update website content.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and Club events.
- Ensure promotional activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and Club policies.
- Attend community meetings, networking functions, and industry events as required.
- Assist with sponsorship activities and community partnerships.
- Maintain positive relationships with tourism operators, accommodation providers, local businesses, and community organisations.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Undertake other duties reasonably required within the scope of the position.
