Description
Are you a polished, tech-savvy real estate professional looking to step into the prestige property market? This is your opportunity to shine. Working out of a premium Eastern Suburbs office, you will be the administrative backbone of a top-tier sales team. From orchestrating high-end marketing campaigns to driving auction-day success, your meticulous eye for detail will elevate the client experience at every touchpoint.The perks:

- Paid support and tracking for your annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Campaign & Marketing Coordination: Order and proof luxury marketing collateral, coordinate suppliers (photography, floor plans, copy), manage social media profiles, and push listings live across major portals.
- End-to-End Sales Admin: Prepare high-end market proposals, pre-listing kits, and agency agreements. Request and thoroughly review sales contracts with solicitors.
- Auction & Event Operations: Prepare property files and bidding cards, manage the registration desk on auction nights, record bids, and coordinate seamless post-sale contract distribution.
- Database & Prospecting Support: Maintain a flawless CRM database, generate agent marketing materials (DL cards, results letters), and coordinate local canvas tracking.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a sales administration or property support role
- Highly tech-savvy with advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with real estate software
- Meticulous attention to detail with flawless written and verbal communication
- A vibrant, proactive nature with a well-groomed, professional presentation
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
