About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this hands-on Marketing Manager position offers the opportunity to take ownership of integrated marketing initiatives across brand, digital, content, communications and events. You will work closely with investment professionals, executives and key stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that support client engagement, capital raising and business growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and will suit an experienced financial services marketer who enjoys driving outcomes, leveraging data and analytics, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business, brand and client engagement objectives
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting
• Support product launches, capital raising initiatives and investor communication programs
• Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to improve engagement, lead generation and marketing effectiveness
• Drive improvements across marketing automation, AI adoption, digital marketing and analytics capabilities
• Manage the creation and distribution of content across websites, social media, EDMs, presentations, brochures, videos and investor-facing materials
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, investor needs and growth opportunities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially minded marketing professional with a minimum of four years' experience within financial services, ideally across asset management, investment management or a related sector. You will have demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support distribution, client engagement, capital raising and brand growth initiatives. You will possess excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and engaging content. Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or similar is essential. You will be highly organised, analytical and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
