What you’ll be working on
FedEx is looking for a Marketing Manager who can leada talented team, drive regional ANZ strategy, and deliver measurable businessimpact across the APAC region. If you’re energised by solving complexchallenges and influencing senior stakeholders, this role puts you right wheredecisions are made.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team
- Recruit, coach, and guide a team of professionals toconsistently deliver strong results.
- Coordinate resources, align plans with corporategoals, and present initiatives to senior leadership for approval.
- Oversee brand and advertising programs, productdevelopment, customer analytics, and experience design.
- Manage cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring they’redelivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse trends, evaluate risks, and championinitiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, vendors, consultants,and occasionally media or external bodies.
What You Bring
You’re a strategic thinker, a confident leader, andsomeone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment. You know how to turninsights into action and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Significant experience in marketing management with proven results in strategy, product development, analytics, or communications
- People management experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical, planning, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
