Marketing CoordinatorPosition Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content creation, digital marketing, community engagement, sponsorships and events.
This role will create engaging content, coordinate campaigns and support brand initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from brief through to delivery.
- Support campaign planning, scheduling, reporting and supplier management.
- Develop marketing collateral to support business objectives.
- Create content across social media, websites and email marketing channels.
- Produce photography, videography and short-form video content.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars and website updates.
- Support digital advertising activities including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Support community initiatives, sponsorship activations and partnerships.
- Assist with event planning, supplier coordination and on-the-day delivery.
- Help maximise engagement through marketing activities and activations.
Essential
- Experience creating digital content across social media platforms.
- Photography, videography and short-form video editing skills.
- Experience managing social media channels.
- Proficiency using Canva.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
- WordPress or similar CMS experience.
- Experience coordinating events, sponsorships or community initiatives.
You are a creative and proactive marketing professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for content creation. You enjoy bringing ideas to life, managing campaigns and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
