About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, highly organised and creative Marketing Co-Ordinator to work directly alongside the Group Marketing Manager in supporting the delivery of dynamic and engaging marketing campaigns across multiple dealership locations and automotive brands.
This is a fast-paced and exciting role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and has a genuine passion for marketing, digital content creation and the automotive industry. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Group Marketing Manager, Directors of the Group, Dealer Principals, departmental managers and external suppliers to assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across the entire business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple automotive brands and dealership locations
- Create engaging and relevant social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns and boosted content
- Coordinate and schedule social media content calendars
- Design marketing collateral including social media graphics, EDMs, banners, signage, event material and promotional assets
- Assist with photography, videography and digital editing requirements
- Coordinate dealership events, vehicle launches and community activations
- Liaise with Dealer Principals and managers regarding local area marketing initiatives
- Work with external agencies, suppliers, printers and media partners
- Assist with website updates, campaign assets and digital promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and marketing insights
- Ensure consistency across dealership branding and communications
- Support internal communications and group-wide marketing projects
- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Experience with paid social media promotion and boosted content is a huge advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience with digital editing software and content creation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to collaborate professionally with senior management and dealership teams
