An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to lead the growth of Arawana and Fortune across foodservice, retail, and ethnic grocery channels in Australia, while supporting export market initiatives. About the Role
You'll develop and execute marketing plans, lead NPD and product launches, manage campaigns across digital, trade and in-store channels, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable brand growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans * Lead NPD projects, packaging updates, and go-to-market launches * Drive consumer, customer, and channel-led marketing initiatives * Manage agency partners and integrated marketing campaigns * Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver commercial outcomes * Support export marketing activities and international supplier relationships * Manage marketing budgets and evaluate ROI of activities About You * 3+ years' experience in Brand Management or Marketing * Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or related field * Experience delivering digital and trade marketing campaigns * Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills * Commercially minded with strong analytical capability * Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments * Mandarin language skills (highly regarded) * FMCG or food industry experience (highly regarded) * International or cross-market exposure (highly regarded) * Packaging or design experience (highly regarded) Why Join Us? * Own and grow internationally recognised brands * Lead innovation and product development projects * Gain exposure to global markets and international partners * Work in a collaborative, fast-paced FMCG environment * Make a direct impact on volume, value and profit growth If you're passionate about building brands, delivering results, and identifying new growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
