About the role
The role of the Assistant Brand Manager is to support the growth and execution of the Sambucol and Nature’s Way brands across South East Asia. Reporting into the Regional Marketing Lead, this role plays a key part in driving brand strategy, coordinating regional initiatives, and supporting local marketing teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality brand execution. This is a hands‑on, developmental regional role, offering strong exposure to brand strategy, innovation, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
Duties include:
- Manage artwork changes and work closely with Regulatory and Supply chain
- Lead regional NPD development via a stage gate process
- Support brand performance reporting, including sales trends, campaign results, and key brand KPI's
- Respond to day‑to‑day brand requests from markets, including asset adaptation, messaging guidance, and approvals
- Prepare presentations and updates for regional forums and leadership meetings
- Partner with local marketing teams to support campaign execution, launches, and in‑market activities
About you
- Degree qualified in Marketing or similar
- 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar with a drive to learn and build your core marketing capabilities
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across cultures and markets
- High attention to detail, particularly across artwork, compliance, and process governance
