Help bring one of Australia’s most awarded family wineries to life across Australia’s shelves.
6 Month Contract – 3 Days per week equivalent (can be done over three, four or five days).
At Taylors Wines, we craft exceptional wines and share them with the world. As our new Trade Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering marketing programs that drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance across national and international trade channels.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Manager, you’ll support the rollout of marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and trade activations that strengthen our brand presence in key markets.
From managing SKU data to coordinating promotions and digital trade platforms, you’ll be the link between marketing, sales, and our retail partners ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update the master SKU library for all product lines and markets.
- Support trade activations and national promotions managing timelines, creative delivery, and reporting.
- Coordinate rollout of digital trade tools and platforms, including content uploads and partner onboarding.
- Manage and distribute marketing collateral, imagery, tasting notes, and training content.
- Track and report on campaign performance, budgets, and marketing spend.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams to keep everything running seamlessly.
About You
You’re a natural organiser who loves bringing creative ideas to life. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and are known for your eye for detail and proactive approach.
You’ll bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in trade marketing or marketing coordination (ideally in wine, alcohol, FMCG, or premium consumer goods).
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, and digital asset management systems.
- A “can-do” attitude and passion for brand execution and consumer engagement.
