About the Role
This is a Senior Marketing Manager opportunity within a large, multi-brand real estate group operating across Victoria with a growing international presence.
Reporting to the Executive Marketing Lead, you’ll lead brand, campaigns and go-to-market activity across residential and mixed-use property projects, partnering closely with Development, Sales and senior stakeholders to drive awareness, enquiry and conversion.
This role suits a commercially minded marketer who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across residential and mixed-use projects
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, media and CRM
• Partner with Development and Sales to align marketing to commercial outcomes
• Manage creative, media and digital agencies
• Oversee budgets, performance tracking and ROI optimisation
• Use market and campaign insights to refine strategy and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent
• Background in property, real estate, development or adjacent sectors
• Strong integrated campaign experience with commercial outcomes
• Confident senior stakeholder engagement and agency management
• Experience working across multiple projects or markets
