About this Position HenkelBeauty Care Professional is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamicteam. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic development and execution ofbrand plans that drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement. TheSenior Brand Manager is responsible for shaping brand identity, positioning,and performance through effective marketing campaigns, product innovation, promotionalactivity and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with overallbusiness objectives. This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover with possibility of extension/permanency.What you´ll do
- Develop and execute the annual brand calendar, go-to-marketstrategies, and 360° campaigns, including new product launches and activations.
- Leverage market insights and trends to optimise performancewhile aligning with global guidelines and local relevance.
- Lead clear, consistent brand communications across trade,retail, social, and digital channels; approve all creative assets andmessaging.
- Manage media, trade, and stakeholder relationships toamplify brand presence and ensure premium brand execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales,education, supply chain, global teams, and agencies, lead briefings and keyplanning forums.
- Track and manage brand KPIs, promotional budgets, pricing,and forecasting to deliver revenue growth and ROI.
- Partner with supply chain to oversee forecasts, promotionalsetup, stock management, and launch readiness.
- Analyse campaign performance, competitor activity, andmarket data to provide actionable insights and inform future strategy.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in marketing, brand orcommunications role.
- Background in industries such as FMCG, beauty care, ormedia/creative agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economicsor a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint,Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail, with aproactive and collaborative approach.
