Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to inform decision-making and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales targets with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee product presentation, inventory levels, and coordination with suppliers.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the retail or related industry.
- Strong ability to manage teams, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results.
- High-level organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Farsi.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is highly regarded.
Salary
- $91,000 to $93,000
