About the role...

The Project Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing Jinding’s developments to market by leading bold, insight‑driven project marketing strategies that create momentum, drive demand and deliver standout launches from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Signature Project Campaigns - Own the end‑to‑end marketing journey for each development -shaping strategy, launching campaigns and ensuring every touchpoint drives impact and performance.
• Create Integrated, High‑Impact Marketing - Deliver compelling campaigns across digital, content, PR, events and partnerships that elevate projects, engage buyers and support sales outcomes.
• Turn Insight into Action - Use market, enquiry and sales data to uncover opportunities, refine strategy and continuously optimise performance and return on investment.
• Collaborate & Influence - Work closely with development teams, sales partners and creative agencies to bring projects to life through clear direction, strong relationships and shared ambition.
• Drive Memorable Launches & Experiences - Lead the planning and delivery of major project launches and events, ensuring they are commercially effective, on‑brand and unforgettable.

The ideal candidate..

• Experienced in project‑based marketing, ideally within property or development
• Strong capability across integrated campaigns (digital, content, PR, events)
• Confident leading strategy, agencies and major launches
• Data‑driven, with experience using insights to optimise performance
• 5+ years’ marketing experience and a relevant tertiary qualification
