A well-established apparel business is currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process across their apparel range. This role will play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly from initial costings through to shipment, working closely with offshore factories, internal teams and retail partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating samples, monitoring order progress and ensuring all customer delivery deadlines are met. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production process across apparel styles from costing through to shipment.
• Liaise with offshore factories and international offices to coordinate costings, samples and production timelines.
• Track and monitor production schedules, ensuring orders progress through each stage efficiently.
• Coordinate samples including strike-offs, lab dips, pre-production and production samples.
• Ensure ticketing, packaging and customer-specific requirements are confirmed and implemented correctly.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders align with customer changes and delivery expectations.
• Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with warehouses and retailers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support internal reporting including production updates, sales reporting and margin tracking.

About You

• Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar apparel production role.
• Experience working with offshore vendors and international production partners.
• Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator able to liaise with factories, retailers and internal teams.
• Strong administration and systems skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
