An established and highly regarded streetwear group is seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

This is a hands-on role, sitting directly beneath the Director and overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple brands. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing product to life from concept through to bulk, this could be your next move.

About the Role
This is not a design role. Creative direction is handled internally - your focus will be on execution, timelines, and delivery.
You’ll play a key role across multiple streetwear brands, delivering:

• 4 seasonal drops per year
• Ongoing collaborations
• High-volume specialty releases

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the critical path from development through to bulk production
• Oversee all offshore production through a dedicated, company-owned factory in China
• Partner closely with design teams to translate concepts into commercially viable product
• Manage timelines, approvals, sampling, and bulk execution
• Work alongside and mentor a Production Assistant
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure on-time delivery across all ranges
• Maintain strong communication with offshore teams and suppliers

About You

• Experience across production and product development (strong production focus essential)
• Background in streetwear, skate, or similar fast-paced product categories highly regarded
• Proven ability to manage critical paths, timelines, and offshore production
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, drop-driven environment
• Strong understanding of garment construction, manufacturing, and bulk production processes
• Confident communicator across teams and time zones

Additional Details

• Travel to China required a few times per year
• Production is managed through a company-owned factory (not multi-supplier sourcing)
• Full-time in-office role (Mon–Fri) — highly collaborative, hands-on environment
• Flexibility offered for personal commitments.
