- 12 months maximum-term, full-time leadership opportunity
- $116,325 plus 15% superannuation

ActewAGL Retail’s Energy Transition Products team is seeking a highly confident, strong communicator and customer-centric individual to join our diverse and dynamic team.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Products and Sustainability, you will be overseeing our energy transition products from deployment to in-market and subsequent optimisation. You will also lead a small energy transition product sales team. These products are at the forefront of the energy industry and support our customers with their home and transport electrification.
You will support active performance monitoring, analysis and reporting of product market-fit while designing and recommending in-market optimisation initiatives. You are an astute communicator who will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes, as well as within your own team to maintain sales pipelines and achieve targets. Your strong operations background, business acumen and project management experience with a passion to succeed will hold you in good stead for this role.
A day in the life.
- Manage product, sales and marketing initiatives, including working closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve our products
- Champion customer needs in all stages of product development: from ideation and discovery through to launch and support, remaining hands-on with the product, customer and sales requests.
- Assist with developing the product change roadmap for the next 6-12-24 months
- Identify and report on success metrics tied to the product strategy to deliver on the team KPI’s and the company vision.
- Manage and develop the team of Electrification Consultants to support them in achieving their sales targets

Requirements
About you
Essential
- Tertiary or relevant qualification in sales, product or marketing
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in data-led decision making
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital products
- Proven ability to manage a multifaceted role with various different stakeholders
- Proven experience in product management, including delivering business initiatives within competitive and commercial environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing product roadmaps from discovery to launch
Desirable
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally at business admin level
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience in a team leadership or management position
