As the Product Manager - Upper Extremities ANZ, you will be joining a well established and high performing team, where you will be responsible for conducting the preparation and implementation of marketing plans and promotional programs in accordance with strategic direction of the Upper Extremities portfolio.

**How You'll Create Impact**

**Marketing Planning and Promotional Campaign Support**

+ In conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager, develop and execute on the annual marketing plan for the Upper Extremities product portfolio.

+ Implementation and review of marketing plans and promotional campaigns for the Upper Extremities portfolio with agreed timeframes.

+ Work with the pricing teams to determine Upper Extremities portfolio pricing through the public sectors with tendering and market share deals.

+ In conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager, prepare Upper Extremities product launches to drive utilisation of new products in the market.

+ Liaise with the Medical Education Team, Marketing Services and others to ensure coordinate marketing campaigns

+ Liaise with Global and Regional Marketing teams to ensure implementation of global strategies including Product Life Cycle Management

+ Continually improve on technical knowledge of the Upper Extremities portfolio products and procedures

**Sales Achievement and expense control**

+ Monitor sales, expenses and market share of Upper Extremities products.

+ Prepare and manage Upper Extremities product related expense budgets to meet objectives and strategies

+ Ensure timely and accurate forecasts for Upper Extremities products for inventory management.

+ Provide regular financial projections for the Upper Extremities portfolio as requested.

**Field Sales Support**

+ Provide field support to the sales force in the areas of product knowledge, technique, operational planning and other areas as required. Support may be provided by telephone/ email/ field presence as necessary.

+ Respond to customer and sales force requests with a high degree of urgency

+ Coordinate the supply and provision of sales support items, such as samples, literature, electronic resources and related items.

+ Work proactively with Operations and other business teams to solve problems as they may arise and ensure an ongoing high standard of customer service.

+ Attend Upper Extremities cases and in-field support with sales team

**Your Background**

+ Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Health, Nursing, Science or a related discipline

+ Relevant Postgraduate Business qualifications. E.g. Grad Diploma, MBA is advantageous

+ A strong understanding and history of proven success in Orthopaedic Medical Device Sales, Clinical Support or Product Management (totalling 5+ years)

+ Experience in Upper Extremities is highly desirable

+ Proven ability to deliver product marketing and promotional campaigns

+ Data analytics skills to manage revenue and expense reporting

+ Ability to effectively communicate across functions

+ Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, ideally within upper extremities

+ A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset

**Travel Expectations**

+ Travel to locations across Australia and New Zealand as required (25%)
