Product Manager – Manufacturing
Location Sydney South
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Bonus

The Role is reporting into senior leadership, the Product Manager will take ownership of an existing portfolio while supporting additional product lines as required.

This role is responsible for product strategy, development, and lifecycle management, ensuring solutions meet market demands, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
This position will suit a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys working cross-functionally and driving products from concept through to launch and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing, key responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Leading end-to-end product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation
• Identifying opportunities for innovation, cost optimisation, and market differentiation
• Conducting market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
• Collaborating with suppliers and industry stakeholders
• Ensuring products comply with industry standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulations
• Supporting product performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

The Candidate

The successful candidate will bring strong product leadership experience and demonstrate the following:

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally within hardware, or environmental products
• Degree in Engineering or relevant industry/trade background
• Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
