About the Role
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communications and campaigns aimed at education agents, placement partners, pathway providers, and other key external stakeholders that support our student recruitment and placements
This role will strengthen partner engagement through targeted campaigns, digital communications, events, and collaborative marketing initiatives—ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies and communications targeted at education agents, placement partners, and pathway providers to drive student recruitment and successful placements.
- Create, update, and distribute comprehensive marketing toolkits for agents and partners, including promotional collateral, brand guidelines, course brochures, FAQs, digital assets, and campaign materials.
- Plan and execute digital partner communications, including EDM’s (Hubspot & Mailchimp), Webinars & event invitations, campaign launches, scholarship announcements & key date reminders, as well as partner-specific landing pages.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing manager and external agency partners to track performance and engagement metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.), using data insights to refine and optimise communications.
- Support the planning and execution of partner and agent events.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing collateral, invitations, follow-up communications, and partner engagement tracking.
- Plan and implement collaborative, co-branded marketing campaigns with agents and pathway partners, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines and support mutual recruitment objectives.
- Working with Head of Marketing to review, edit, and provide feedback on marketing support proposals submitted by partners.
- Monitor agent and partner websites, social media channels, and marketing collateral to: ensure accurate representation of Ikon and ALG courses, campuses, and branding. Work with partners to maintain up-to-date and brand-aligned materials across all platforms.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and marketing support activities, offering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, partner/agent marketing, or communications—ideally in the education, student recruitment, or placement sectors.
- Strong understanding of international education markets, agent ecosystems, and pathway provider networks.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing events and/or webinars for partner audiences.
- Experience supporting or managing co-branded marketing proposals and campaign deliverables.
- Proficiency in marketing tools including CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and content management systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and improving outcomes.
