About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of all campaigns, with the objective of supporting business growth, driving leads and delivering customer conversion. As the organisation is rapidly growing, you will drive all marketing and promotional activity across the Group, demonstrating strong leadership ability and building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties

• Develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives

• Develop hotel brand identities and evolve brand guidelines to suit markets

• Communicate strategy with Directors and internal stakeholders

• Maintain external agency relationships and projects

• Manage and mentor the marketing team

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

• High level of interpersonal and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work to processes

• Demonstrated experience in team management

• Excellent time management and planning skills

• Ability to multi-task and think critically
