About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns from concept to completion, and use analytics to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans (digital, social, email, events, etc.)

• Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns to achieve performance goals

• Lead content strategy and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets

• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights

• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials

• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product, and design

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

• Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools

• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
