What you’ll do
Transform data into powerful stories and insights: Deliver actionable insights that empower smarter decisions and elevate marketing campaign performance Lead campaign intelligence: Dive deep into Below-the-Line (BTL) and Through-the-Line (TTL) campaigns to uncover emerging trends, growth opportunities, necessary pivots and strategic wins. Drive performance excellence: Collaborate with marketing and customer teams to seamlessly integrate performance tracking into every campaign, ensuring measurable impact. Build dynamic dashboards: Design and maintain real-time dashboards that put campaign performance at your fingertips, enabling fast, informed action. Champion continuous improvement: Set the standard for reporting excellence, always seeking new ways to optimize and innovate.
What we’re looking for
4+ years in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or digital performance reporting. Proficiency in data tools (Excel) and dashboard platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills. Experience with multi-channel marketing data and CRM systems. Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused.
