Your Mission
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our digital presence and brand storytelling. Working closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and Head of Sales & Marketing you will :
Digital & Content
- Craft and schedule engaging content across social, email, blogs, and our website
- Manage and optimise digital campaigns that get noticed
- Grow your expertise in SEO/SEM, analytics, and AI‑powered marketing tools
- In conjunction with our 3rd party Web Developer, keep our website fresh, functional, and optimised
Design & Branding
- Use Canva and Adobe Suite to create eye‑catching marketing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency and keep our style guides current
- Support signage and branding for new sites and refreshes
- Edit and design our internal staff magazine, bringing stories from across the business to life
Community & Events
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and regional community initiatives
- Work with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
Business Support
- Assist the Executive Management Team with admin and internal communications such as our Town Halls
- Contribute ideas, creativity, and insights that help shape our marketing direction
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and WordPress.
- A willingness to learn and upskill in marketing and analytics
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
- A creative mindset and a proactive approach.
- Experience in event coordination and brand management.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- A valid driver’s licence for occasional travel.
