We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator who thrives on delivering impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll leverage your exceptional WordPress expertise to manage and optimise our web presence, ensuring seamless functionality and engaging design. Your proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn advertising will help us amplify our reach and connect with audiences across our diverse healthcare portfolio.
You’ll be crafting dynamic, compliant content that resonates within the healthcare space while adhering to AHPRA guidelines. Working closely with the Head of Digital & Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing our national marketing strategy and tailoring campaigns for Partnered Health and its subsidiary brands.
This position is more than coordination; it’s about driving engagement and elevating brand visibility. You’ll support campaign development and contribute to projects that make a real impact. This role is available on a 12-month full-time contract basis.
About the Role:
• Maintaining and building out websites across the portfolio
• Effective implementation and support of the marketing and branding strategies across the business.
• Development of key content for marketing activities.
• Effective management of Partnered Health and supporting business entity social media collateral.
• Assist the Head of Digital & Marketing and business leaders by contributing to marketing strategy execution, developing key content, supporting digital assets, and coordinating communications including copywriting for internal and external audiences.
• Assist with online presence management, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to enquiries, managing reviews (including GMB), and helping to track and manage marketing expenditure.
• Engage in copywriting for internal and external communications, including CEO updates, newsletters and blog posts, while also assisting in the development of new digital content and collateral such as written copy, graphic design and web content.
About You:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing.
• 3 years’ minimum experience in Marketing, working with and managing third party vendors (experience in healthcare being favourable).
• Proficiency Meta, basic SEO and SEM. Proficiency with social media platforms, email & SMS marketing, Google products, and web technologies, able to execute multi-channel campaigns across these platforms.
• Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Teams, Illustrator, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, ability to learn and utilise new software quickly, graphic design knowledge
• Proficiency in copywriting and content creation, with excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A passion for marketing with strong motivation for personal and professional growth, supported by resilience, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, paired with an empathetic and caring approach that aligns with our mission in health services and community care.
