your role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic campaigns at a high-performing retail centre in Melbourne’s west. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape initiatives that boost traffic, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Assisting with brand activations and community engagement programs
• Building strong relationships with retailers and local stakeholders
• Managing marketing databases, invoices, and administrative tasks
• Supporting reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Marketing experience required - property exposure highly regarded however not essential! Experience managing socials is also highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management ability
• High attention to detail with solid time management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and managing multiple priorities
• A collaborative and proactive approach
