The Role:
We have big plans at Perri Cutten and are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team!
Reporting to the Womenswear Marketing Manager, you will develop, drive and implement marketing initiatives to maximise revenue and maintain brand leadership at national, state and local marketing level. Additionally, this role will assist with the daily job tasks, administration and projects to ensure marketing efficiencies and critical path management. This role is hands-on and offers a genuine autonomy to be innovative and drive results.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Marketing & Competitor Analysis – Track competitor activity, compile reports, and analyse marketing data to make informed decisions. Maintain and update the business dashboard with key insights
- Email & Promotional Planning – Drive EDM planning, scheduling, and approvals with the Graphic Designer and E-Commerce team. Maintain the annual marketing calendar and adjust plans as needed
- Local Area Marketing (LAM) – Serve as the primary marketing contact for stores and centre marketing teams, managing local promotions, drive relationships, and paid opportunities.
- Photoshoot Coordination – Plan and manage campaign, e-commerce, and product shoots, coordinating studios, photographers, and retouching to align with marketing timelines and budgets
- Digital & Social Media Marketing – Work with the Digital Marketing team to maximise paid media and affiliate programs. Oversee content creation, scheduling, and influencer partnerships to drive engagement and sales
- PR & Events – Build relationships with media, talent, and stylists, distribute seasonal lookbooks, and execute PR initiatives, including store launches and VIP events
- Sponsorships – Manage local sponsorship requests, and oversee implementation
- Additional tasks - Support eCommerce and customer service teams during peak periods and assist with additional marketing projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Marketing degree or relevant qualification
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator role preferably in the fashion/retail industry
- An interest in womenswear fashion is highly desirable
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal to all team members at all levels, suppliers and agencies
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to scope out projects and schedule accordingly
- Able to meet agreed timeframes and deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
