We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team managing a well-established shopping centre in Sydney’s northern suburbs. This is a full-time, permanent role suited to someone with a strong background in retail marketing, shopping centre activations, or tenant engagement.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns and centre events
• Support retailer engagement and promotional initiatives
• Manage digital content, signage, and shopper communications
• Collaborate with internal teams and tenants to drive foot traffic and brand awareness

The Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant
• Retail property or shopping centre experience is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
• Degree qualified
