The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate team of retail property professionals as a Marketing Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives that align with the brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of major campaigns and promotions (e.g. Mother’s Day, Christmas)
• Coordinate digital marketing across social media, website, and rewards app
• Manage database marketing including email campaigns and audience segmentation
• Engage and support retailers with marketing initiatives and communications
• Drive community engagement through local sponsorships, partnerships, and events
• Provide marketing administration support including collateral coordination and reporting

Skills and Experience Requirements for the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable but not essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
