HR & Marketing Coordinator

We’re expanding fast across WA, QLD and NSW. To keep pace, we need a sharp all-rounder who can support leadership, organise operations, and keep our marketing moving. Whether it’s drafting content or organising leadership priorities, you’ll be at the centre of how we run and grow.

You’ll support the leadership team by coordinating people operations and marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing coordinator – assist with SharePoint, LinkedIn and social content, capture photos and updates, and coordinate posting schedules with our external marketing partners.

People & HR coordination – support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, including interview scheduling, documentation, and HR administration.

Operations organiser – help streamline processes, maintain systems and documents, and support smooth day-to-day operations across HR and marketing.

Culture & engagement driver – help coordinate internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and events that strengthen culture across our team.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Are organised, proactive and detail-driven.

• Can write and edit clear marketing content with an eye for brand voice.

• Are confident with SharePoint, LinkedIn, socials, Microsoft 365/Teams.

• Can switch gears easily between admin, marketing, and team coordination.

• Like working directly with decision-makers in a high-trust, no-red-tape environment.

Bonus if you have:

• Marketing coordination or content creation background.

• Confidence with basic photo/video editing or Canva/Adobe.

• Industry exposure (mining/industrial/manufacturing).
