About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary position where you’ll work across marketing operations, digital campaigns, content, automation, and analytics. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership and gain experience across brand, growth, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll learn fast, ship fast, and have real ownership early.
You will work across:
Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
Build workflows, nurture sequences, reporting dashboards
Maintain database hygiene and support sales/marketing processes
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Coordinate outbound activity, lead-gen initiatives, and paid/organic digital campaigns
Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, content, search)
Content & Messaging
Write email copy, landing pages, marketing collateral and client-facing presentations
Contribute to thought leadership and brand storytelling
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Support SEO/SEM initiatives
Track KPIs, interpret performance, and contribute insights to strategy
You won’t be doing one thing — you’ll be across everything.

Requirements
Must-Haves
1–3 years’ experience in digital, growth, CRM, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation tool
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and analytics
A portfolio, writing sample, or example of previous work (emails, campaigns, landing pages, reports)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Google Ads, SEO tools, or paid social
Exposure to B2B marketing or lead-generation
Design literacy (Canva, Figma, Adobe)
Interest in fintech, CRM, automation, or product-led growth
Do Not Apply If:
Your background is primarily events, PR, or organic social-only
You have no experience executing digital campaigns

You’re not comfortable learning automation or analytics tools
