Purpose of role:
The Group Product Manager is responsible for owning and evolving our Blackmores Group Websites and Content Hub as strategic products. The role ensures content is accurate, consistent, and easily accessible, while enabling the business to create, manage, and distribute content efficiently across markets and channels.
By aligning stakeholder needs, business goals, and development priorities, the Group Product Manager drives continuous improvement and adoption of the platforms. Success in the role is measured through stakeholder satisfaction, timely delivery of roadmap milestones, improved user proficiency, high content accuracy, and strong product quality. Ultimately, this role exists to deliver a user-centric, innovative content management solution that supports Blackmores’ competitiveness and growth.
This role reports to a Senior Digital Content Marketing Manager and will be working in either of our NSW work sites – Surry Hills or Warriewood at least 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Product Ownership: Own and evolve group websites and the Content Hub as strategic platforms. Align platforms with business goals, user needs, and overall digital strategy.
PLM & Product Content Integration: Ensure accurate, compliant product content flows from PLM to websites and SKU library. Support consistency, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Content Governance, Quality & Analytics: Maintain high standards of content accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Use analytics to monitor performance, drive improvements, and demonstrate ROI.
Stakeholder Alignment, Adoption & Change Management: Collaborate with business units to prioritize requirements and drive platform adoption. Manage change and improve user proficiency to meet operational and strategic needs.
Continuous Improvement, Innovation & Scalability: Deliver platform enhancements on time and streamline content processes. Implement innovative tools or automation for scalable content creation, management, and distribution across markets.
Who are you?
Strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills coupled with stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Brand, Regulatory).
Experienced Professional with 5 years or more in product management, digital content management, or similar roles coming from a media agency as a digital producer or digital project manager.
Platform Expert with proven experience managing CMS, DAM, or PIM systems and overseeing full product lifecycles.
Technically Savvy with knowledge of enterprise content platforms (e.g., Content Hub, Sitecore), metadata, taxonomy, and workflows.
Agile Practitioner skilled in backlog management, roadmap planning, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Customer-Centric & Data-Driven, passionate about user experience and leveraging analytics for informed decisions.
Innovator with a continuous improvement mindset, driving scalability, compliance, and efficiency through new tools and automation.
