A leading Australian company that specialises in digital investigation software platforms is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis based in Brookvale. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on marketing role, enjoys variety, and can manage end-to-end marketing activities across digital, events, and communications.

You'll be responsible for driving marketing initiatives from start to finish, including campaign execution, content creation, social media, website updates, email communications, and mailshots. In addition, you'll play a key role in organizing three major conferences each year that generate significant word-of-mouth interest for the company. This role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to pull up their sleeves and get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media accounts, website content, and email communications.
• Create compelling content, including articles, posts, and promotional materials.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Utilise CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce to manage marketing workflows.
• Coordinate and manage three major conferences annually, from logistics to promotion.
• Support the team with ad-hoc marketing tasks and general marketing administration.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in end-to-end marketing across digital, events, and communications.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Zoho, and/or Salesforce
• Experience in content creation, campaign execution, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to "roll up your sleeves" when needed
• Experience in technology marketing is highly desirable but not essential.
