About the Role

An established business with offices in Warragul and Drouin is seeking a reliable and organised Content Marketer to support the implementation of their marketing strategy. This hands-on role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives on creativity, and can help drive engagement, visibility, and results across digital and print channels.

You will play a key role in creating, posting, and managing content, supporting campaigns, and maintaining the brand’s presence across social media, website, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support the existing marketing strategy.
• Create and post engaging content across social media platforms and the company website.
• Assist with planning and executing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
• Develop content including copywriting, photography, videography, and graphics.
• Update and maintain marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and social media analytics.
• Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as required.

About You:

• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and design software (Adobe Suite desirable).
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Discreet, reliable, and team-oriented.
