The Brand Manager role at MECCA is a role like no other—bringing together retail category management, brand management, and commercial ownership in one dynamic position.
You will be responsible for building and growing a strategic portfolio of brands across Australia and New Zealand, driving performance, leading new product launches, and identifying opportunities to delight our customers and grow the business. This role is central to MECCA’s continued success and offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the entire organisation.
The Role You Could Play:
Build and execute annual brand and category plans aligned to business targets
Drive brand performance through analysis, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring alignment with go-to-market timelines
Identify trends and opportunities to grow category and brand performance
Partner with internal teams and external brands to deliver impactful initiatives
What You Will Bring:
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets or P&L
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and influence relationships across multiple stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
