Job DescriptionInternally known as a Growth Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on field and ABM marketing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing. You will own the local market execution of integrated campaigns, ABM programs, and events across Nearmap's core verticals, covering the full spectrum from mid-market through to enterprise accounts.
You will work directly alongside Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives to build pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate sales velocity. This role has clear accountability to pipeline and ARR growth, with local execution that aligns with and amplifies Nearmap's global go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Field Execution
- Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across target verticals
- Own the end-to-end ABM program for priority accounts, building personalised engagement paths across mid-market and enterprise segments
- Plan and execute field marketing activities including events, roundtables, and industry sponsorships that directly support pipeline goals
- Partner with global digital, content, and brand teams from brief through to execution
Sales Partnership & Pipeline Accountability
- Work closely with Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives as their dedicated marketing partner, translating territory plans into actionable marketing activity
- Create outbound cadences and sales-ready assets that enable the team to open and progress opportunities
- Contribute directly to Sales Accepted Lead targets with a focus on quality, conversion, and pipeline impact
Performance & Marketing Operations
- Manage budget with a clear focus on ROI, funnel visibility, and campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing to ensure data accuracy, attribution, and performance optimisation
- Apply a continuous optimisation mindset across all programs using tools including 6Sense, Marketo, and Salesforce
